Refund policy
US Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
All of our products carry a risk-free 15-day return and exchange window, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale. This policy starts from the moment you place an order and receive order confirmation. You may return the item(s) for as long as they have not been used within 15 days of the order confirmation date for a full refund. This only applies to one order, one time only per customer.
Before requesting a refund or exchange you must send a photo and reason for the return and you must send it to keith@frostfursports.com. You will only be issued a refund or exchange once it has been confirmed by FROSTFURSPORTS. If we do not confirm, then the refund is not valid. All items should be sent to address 2810 N Church Street, #21831, Wilmington, DE, 19802.
Canceled Orders
If you see a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely to be only pre-authorization and not a payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.
If you paid by PayPal, then the canceled order should have automatically generated a refund back to your account. If you paid by PayPal and your order is cancelled and you see payment pending in your PayPal account we have not accepted the payment.
Credit Card Refunds
Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method.
PayPal Refunds
These are usually immediate, so if you have received confirmation that a refund was issued but do not see it in your account, please contact us directly, so that we can investigate further. It can take up to 30 days for the order to cancel on PayPal, and you can go to your account and cancel the order to immediately receive a refund. If we do not accept PayPal as a form of payment we can't cancel it.
